Carolina Espinoza

Carolina Espinoza was born in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, and grew up in Garland, Texas. She began her career in the mortgage industry in 2008 as an LOA and hasn’t looked back. She enjoys helping first-time homebuyers fulfill their dream of ownership, but also the excitement of an experienced buyer purchasing a second home, and helping current owners refinance to fit their lifestyle.  

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Carolina takes the time to listen and understand what is important to her clients, painting a clear picture of what to expect, and guiding them through one of the most significant investments of their lives.

When she is not helping homeowners achieve their goal, she loves spending time with her husband and family, especially if it’s in the outdoors, or cheering on the Texas Rangers, but she always enjoys a good book.
